Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be accepted.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to being sent back. Returns sent without an approved RMA may not be processed. Returned items must be shipped using a carrier that provides tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at sales@rfidwarehouse.ca to arrange an exchange. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue and send replacement products as quickly as possible.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable if the items received match the order information you provided. Please review all order details carefully before submitting custom orders.
If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Restocking Fee

All returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling from the original order.
